Our Team

Sister Sue Ernster, FSPA, currently serves as president of the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual Adoration. She previously held leadership roles within the congregation as vice president (2018–2022) and treasurer (2013–2022). With a background in accounting and a Master of Arts in pastoral ministry, Sister Sue has ministered in campus ministry, parish leadership, and faith formation. She serves on several local, national, and international boards, including the Economy of Francesco—a global movement inspired by St. Francis and convened by Pope Francis to promote an economy grounded in justice, stewardship, and inclusivity. Deeply committed to responsible stewardship, she also leads FSPA’s efforts in impact investing to align financial resources with care for creation.
